I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Whiting-Turner (New Brunswick, NJ) in Dec 2015
Interview
The interview process took place on college. I received a phone call for the interview the day after an on campus career fair. The process itself was really layback. Mostly get to know you questions. And some basic questions about the resume. Relax relax and relax. Don't be nervous about the process. After the on campus interview students are normally brought to the company headquarter for another round of interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Whiting-Turner (Tampa, FL)
Interview
Informative, Business-casual conversation. I was interviewed by a few different people with different roles to understand my background and how I would fit in to the proposed position at WT.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Whiting-Turner (Newark, DE)
Interview
2 separate interviews with 10+ interviewers in a round-robin format. Everyone was friendly and offered various questions and insights to the industry. Felt at ease during the interview and got a better feel for what my coworkers would be like working at this company.
It was chill, like a conversational interview. Very kind and responded to all my questions. He tried to make me feel welcome and to not be nervous. It was in person.
