Interview
Received an initial interview from the VP, then was invited out to site and got to interview with a PM and Superintendent and then received a final interview from the VP.

Multiple rounds in the same day. They take you to lunch and do a jobsite tour. Met with a bunch of different people and it was a really cool interactive experience.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Whiting-Turner (New Haven, CT)
Interview
They mostly are interested on how you are as a person. In my experience, the focus a lot on getting to know what I have done (nothing technical). The interview was pretty long but it was nice that they explained a lot about the company, etc.
