I want to work for Starbucks because your company aligns with my own personal values and goals, such as overall growth, accountability and respect. It’s obvious that you all value your employees just as much as you value your customers. I read that you even call your employees 'partners' and I would love to work for a company that embodies what it means to truly be a team.
