Invited to record videos answering 5 questions rather than having an actual face-to-face interview. Had 30 seconds to prep for answering the question. Never heard anything back from them after this process.

Interview
I received a phone call to go in for an interview. Once I got there I met with someone from HR. After, I was referred to a senior official -someone I would be working in direct contact with.
Received an invitation via email for an online recorded video interview. The interview consisted of five questions, with a brief period to think before answering each question. There were options to practice recording your answers before proceeding to the actual interview they would receive.
