The interview was a three stage process.
First, round of coffee chats.
Second, first round interview.
Third, superday (five back-to-back interviews).
Coffee chat and first round with analysts. Superday included associates, VPs, and director.

30 minute interview session set up through email. Was expecting 1/2 behavioral and 1/2 technical but ended up being completely behavioral. Had the classic TMAY, why William Blair, why Investment Banking, and why [industry group]. Also asked other basic behavioral questions about times you led a group and more.

When is a time that you managed multiple deadlines in order to get something done an dhow did you deal with it?
30 minute interivew virtually. Consisted of 2/3 behavioral and 1/3 technical. It was very conversational and I had a few minutes at the end to ask him questions as well.
