I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at William Blair (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2021
Interview
One online interview with three people. We introduced ourselves first. Then, one guy briefly told me a coding question and asked me to share the screen and code in the notebook. I was shocked. This was the most unprofessional interview I have ever seen. And the guy who verbally told me the question did a very bad explanation and I had no clue what he want me to code. They only gave me 5 mins and told me I'm not the candidate they are finding, they are trying to find a candidate who can immediately start working on their critical project. Then, we ended the call. So the 1-hour interview finished in less than 30 mins.

It was with the assessment and then questions with an AI. Mainly scenario based questions like someone disagreed with you and what did you do. Still waiting to hear back.

Interviewed. Was given a case study. I answered questions pertaining to case study. It was of a topic related to the company and division. I'm only doing this because Glassdoor forces you to.
Just nothing out of the ordinary all the basic questions were asked and some frat questions as well. The interview process was kind of off putting for someone who wants to achieve something in life and not just to brag in front of maddie at Alpha Phi
