I submitted my resume through the career centers website and requisted an on-campus interview. About a week or so after interview requists closed, I received an email that I could select a time slot for an on-campus interview with Williams. I interviewed with two engineers and the interview lasted about an hour. The first 10 minutes of so was used by them to describe their assets like pipelines and what not. For the next 30 minutes, they each went back and forth describing their jobs as well as how they manage their work/life balance. Finally they asked me a question about why I chose the degree I did. After answering that question, they then asked me why I wanted to work for Williams. After I responded, I guess they decided they knew me well enough and began talking about random things from football to relocating for work and so on.
Considering that I was the one interviewing for this position, I probably only spoke about 8-10 minutes out of 60. It was a very different type of interview then I've ever been to before.
