WinMill Software interview questions

I went through an agency. They were very on top of every appointment. All 7 of them. Then, without any notice.....nothing. Not even a dear John letter. I got ghosted. I had heard about “these things”, but until Winmill Software, never experienced being ghosted. Now I know. If they can’t deliver feedback, positive or negative professionally, during an interview process, what’s it like to work there?
