    Account Manager Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Windsor Circle (Raleigh, NC).

    Interview

Process moved rather quickly and recruiter was very responsive. Onsite interview was scheduled. I honestly felt that my interview was haphazard - it was very apparent that none of the supplemental materials I spent over an hour preparing was reviewed. I was rather disappointed that the interviewer was pulling up their email to find and review while I sat there. Felt a lot of he questions were very elementary compared to my level of experience

    Interview

Plain and simple... leave any basic, scripted interview practices you may have had outside before entering. Windsor Circle from my personal experience is about being real and being transparent. My interview was 100% like a general conversation which was awesome. I was not grilled on things that had absolutely nothing to do with what I was there for. I had an awesome feeling of welcome which then progressed to excitement. Just go in, be real, be transparent but most importantly be passionate. They want to see what makes you special and different. Windsor Circle is aimed to have the elite of the elite. So if you feel you fit the criteria then go in, relax and prove it and the rest will fall into place. I seem to have completely ignored the other questions...How's that for "Shredding The Box?!" #ShredTheBox

    Sale Development Representative Interview

    Positive Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Windsor Circle (Durham, NC) in February 2016.

    Interview

The Interview was divided into two parts.

First part is with the team manager and the sales director, since they make the hiring decision, majority of the time will spent in part one. Most of the questions and interactions really just to test if you have the ability to talk and a likable person.

Second part is with two team members from the Sales Development Team and one person from the Account Executive Team. This part is pretty short, but more just to see if you are likable enough to fit with the team that you will be working with on a daily bases.
