I answered honestly and explained that I believe in resolving conflicts through clear communication and teamwork. I also shared that I am open to relocation if required. Since it has been a long time, I don’t clearly remember if any other questions were asked. Overall, the interview felt more like a discussion rather than a strict evaluation.
