I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Wipro (Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh) in Sep 2015
Interview
The interview Process consist of 3 rounds:
1. Written (hosted by Amcat(conatins Quant, Reasoning, Verbal, Personality test, Programming skills, Technical Skills) and each section has specific time limit for it, roughly giving around 1 minute or less for each question)
2. Technical Interview
3. H.R. Interview
Written is average, in fact easy. All you need is time management.
Then is the Technical Interview, and difficulty and type of questions depends on the interviewer himself.
Last is the HR interview, and is almost No Rejection round, again almost.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions were about:
1. Operating system
2. Network
3. DBMS and RDBMS
4. C and C++
Difficulty was moderate in general, but was mostly dependent on the Interviewer.
The selection process consists of three rounds. Two face-to-face interviews focus on your introduction, past work experience, and how you handled challenges, while also evaluating communication and confidence. The final round is an exam that tests your role-related knowledge, problem-solving ability, and overall suitability for the position.
Application process, preliminary call, shortlisting, interview, technical interbiew, hr call, salary negotiation , final round call with senior manager or directors team , then final salary call again. So it went pretty well.
Very descriptive but interesting, They made us feel comfortable as well. Good Environment and good interview mechanism, structure is great - very well organized and very professional. 4 rounds and good structure
