based on client requirement they will process the interview process,i think there is a total 3 rounds of selection process,the 1st round is phone discussion,2nd round is the face to face discussion, 3rd one is the Hr discussion.

iIt was telephoninc and complete process took 1 week and I got the offer letter, It was really nice and friendly process they don't keep me waiting for long. Compony is nice but don't go for domestic or govt project they are very slow in processes.
There are 2 technical interviews and one client round. In the first technical round they will ask you the basic question regarding your skills and in the second interview, they will ask you your day to day activities and the technical questions.
In the client round, they ask you about your current project and your responsibilities in the project.
