1. Assessment round - Audio, video and text questions which tested efficiency and effectiveness parameters. Used British accent speaking audio set of question, text set of question were of high quality, video set of question was more kind of descriptive in nature which explained things. 2. Telephonic interview - Got to know the person in more detail.
