I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Wipro (Nagercoil) in Feb 2016
Interview
It was my first interview. There were 348 candidates who were from various anna university constituent colleges.first round was GD which was a bit easier, the topic for my GD topic was working in India or abroad which is preferable? Next was aptitude which was a bit tougher.somehow I manage to overcome it.Out of 348 only 18 students got selected.the next day was TECHNICAL and HR interview. To make me comfortable technical interviewer asked about myself then about my resume, most of the questions were from my resume about my paper, project, poster. To impress them you must be fluent in english and plesant. Then finally HR ,which was the very casual.
This is the best experience I have ever had.
All the process is new way for me,such like interview on line ,get badge directly while onboard.
It feels amazing to be genuinely respected, not just as an employee, but truly valued as the company's greatest asset.
The interview process was well-structured, professional, and engaging. The interviewer was friendly, knowledgeable, and created a comfortable environment for discussion. Questions were relevant to the role and allowed me to showcase my skills and experience. Communication throughout the process was clear and timely, making the overall experience positive and rewarding.
