I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Wissen (Mumbai) in May 2026
Interview
Pathetic Experience.
I would not recommend anyone to invest their time in interviewing with such an unprofessional firm.
Throughout the process, I made myself available for every discussion and accommodated all requests from HR team, including attending an in-person meeting at their office.
I also remained flexible when the role was changed to an 11-month contractual position at a very advanced stage of the process and after investing significant time and effort and reaching the final stages, they informed that the contractual role itself was not approved and that there is currently no confirmed opportunity available. They asked to be presented with a completely different role, without clarity on the scope, employment type, or approval status, only adding to the uncertainty
As an immediate joiner in the final week of my notice period, I engaged in this process in good faith based on the understanding that there was a genuine and approved requirement. The repeated changes in the role and the lack of alignment on internal approvals have resulted in a considerable waste of my time and have caused unnecessary inconvenience.
While I understand that business requirements can evolve, fundamental aspects of a position should ideally be finalized and approved before candidates are taken through an extensive recruitment process. The manner in which this has been handled falls short of the level of professionalism candidates should reasonably expect.
I hope the organization reviews its hiring processes to ensure future candidates do not experience a similar situation.
