Interview
It was relaxed, very casual, was conducted right before the store opened. Interviewer/Manager of the store was easy-going. There were preliminary questions such as my experience in retail, then she began to ask scenario based questions.

Tell me about yourself Scenario-based questions - what would you do in the case of an unhappy customer? How would you approach a customer in the fitting room? Easy, basic retail questions
Went to a store, waited downstairs on the sofa, I assume they were conducting other interviews, was taken upstairs, was asked some questions, was fairly simple and standard process, they were friendly and the interview wasn't too long.
