Interview
This was the BEST candidate experience I've ever had in my entire life. I applied initially in October, but unfortunately the position I have applied for was cancelled, so they had to put the process on hold. In January I was contacted by the HR to resume my process as another position became available. There were 4 phases in the entire process ( 3 rounds of interview and 1 round of assignments). The interviews were always conducted by someone directly related to the operation and they gave me plenty of information about the company. They were always very enthusiastic about Wix, which made my decision easier when I got the offer. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience from the first contact by email to the last round of interviews.
There was an interview with the team leader at the beginning instead of an HR interview
It was an interesting interview, it is not clear why the team leader called and not the HR manager
Simple process. Intro phone call, and two interviews with a team lead and a group leader. There was another with HR but it seemed the decision to hire had been made before that interview.
