There were several rounds of the interview. I was interviewing for a position in the United States, and started the process with a remote interview with a manager in Europe. That experience was nice and I felt confident about the interview. I proceeded to second round, which was another phone interview with the manager in the United States. About 5 minutes into the phone call, I got the completely different information about the position than the information I got from my first remote interview. There were inconsistencies between the interviews in terms of job description and location, as well as the type of job (i.e., full-time vs. part-time). What's worse is that after I declined the part-time offer, I was told to directly contact the manager from my first round of interview, but I never heard back from them after checking in multiple times via email.
