I was scheduled for an interview at noon and didn't leave until almost 6pm. Probably the most involved interview process I have ever been through.

Question 1
The testing was unexpected. Most companies give you the option of coming back to do any further testing. The testing itself want hard, just unexpected.

Interview
Went through a series of test and a 3hour way to long interview. It felt like they started to make up questions to see if they could frustrate me. Was told I would hear something within 2 weeks. I waited and waited only to receive an email from hr TWO MONTHS later stating "On this occasion we have decided not to take your application for this particular position further" DUH!!!!!!!!!
