Recruiter reached out to me. Introductory Q's. Spoke with Hiring Mgr. Seemed like a great opportunity. Low turnover, nice product. In both conversation I got agreement on 1) next steps, and 2) that I would be an amazing addition to the team...then silence. I've kept on top of these people and either get no response or that they're no longer interested. Cowardly, no transparency, no courtesy, and no professionalism. If this is how they treat their candidates, how must they treat employees?!
