I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Wolters Kluwer (Phila, PA) in Sep 2015
Interview
The standard phone screen then a call with the hiring manager. Unfortunately it seems that WK may outsource their recruitment functions. I say unfortunate because these people are really bad at communication. On my initial screening call the HR person just didn't call me. After I had to track her down there was no apology just an "oh well" attitude. After speaking with the hiring manager he actually used the phrase "You sound exactly like what we need". I now know that was the beginning of one big lie. After weeks of tracking down the HR person feedback I just gave up. Oh that was 3 months ago and the position is still open. Makes me scratch my head about WK overall.
It was more of a discussion. They did prepare questions to be asked and noted down your answers. Not too formal but couldn’t really tell what they were looking for.
