Question 1
What do you know about our culture? Do you think you’ll be a good fit for this culture?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Workday (Dublin, Dublin) in Apr 2019
Interview
Really well organised and impressive.
Recruiter reached out to me about 2 positions then after 20 minutes talking decided I was a better fit for one of them. Interview process consisted of about 7 rounds. Each round was very well organised and discussions were friendly and geared towards what kind of a person I was as well as my experience. Felt like they are looking for the right fit for the team. Recruiter kept me informed every step of the way. Had 5 zoom calls , one onsite and a final phone call with member of the team. One of the best hiring experiences I've had.
