Workday has a very structured and arduous interview process. I had several telephone interviews and an onsite series of interviews with a structured presentation. The position was a great fit for my skills, knowledge and experience. I had a great rapport with all of the interviewers. I did not receive an offer.
This was the second time in a year that I had interviewed with Workday; the first process was 7 interviews and an onsite. Both experiences were similar; it was a great interview process, nailed the presentation and was not made an offer.
I speaking with folks during the interview process, I learned that it is not uncommon for people to interview several times with Workday before receiving an offer. It seems like quite a process, and those employed act like it is a badge of honor to have persisted through multiple interview processes.
