The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Workday in Sep 2021
Interview
Step 1) Interview with Recruiter (1 hour)
Step 2) Interview with a hiring manager in the area in which I was interviewing (30 minutes)
Step 3) Interview with three different managers, each about 45 minutes long. Each interview had a different topic/subject. (2.25 hours)
Step 4) Presentation on a topic provided by the company to a group of four-five different people from the area in which I was interviewing. Actual interview was 45-50 minutes, prep time six to eight hours.
The recruiter was awesome, keeping me informed of my progress and answering any questions when he was able to.
Everyone I met with during the process seemed great. And made it clear that this was a company in which I would be a good fit AND in which I could be proud to represent.
Interview with recruiter, then Manager, then Team Member, then Manager again then 2nd level manager.
All questions were the standard behavioral questions. No questions about hard skills needed to implement their software.
