Sales leader 30 min interviews (4) plus, delivering a role play presentation in 15 mins of their corporate slide deck to an audience of pseudo execs for them to assess and critique your fit

Straight forward, no major curve balls. Quizzed on how I've managed complex deals and how to handle difficult people internally. Pretty standard stuff. 5 interviews total including panel at the end.

A bit lengthy, but Workday is very picky. If the cultural fit is not there it does not matter if you are a rockstar. Quite a few steps to go through before the final panel
