I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Workday (Dublin, Dublin) in Jul 2015
Interview
Performed a skype interview for the first stage, general questions about previous and current roles and had the position described to me. For the face to face interview I was asked to complete a coding assignment, however the person who asked me to do it went on holiday before the interview so none of the interviewers had seen it before the interview. Afterwards my other contact had a lot of problem receiving my assignment so I ended up sharing it via dropbox.
I Interviewed with three different groups of people and the overall process took about 4 hours. There seemed to be a bit of confusion regarding the role as each group interviewing me described the role somewhat differently.
I was asked a lot of OPs/admin type questions which I had not prepared for as I thought it was solely a development role (DNS/LDAP). Overall all the interviewers came across as friendly and very knowledgeable and I am sure it would be a good environment to work in.
