I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at XSOLIS
Was contacted by a recruiter who found me via referral. The first interview with the recruiter was quick and informative; didn't get into anything too deep. He explained the type of candidate they were looking for. My second interview went longer than scheduled, which to me was a good sign. The interviewer provided me with more detailed info on the company, her position and what type of person/skills that would best fit the open position. She offered me a glimpse into the shareholder grasp and influence on XSOLIS (bit of a red flag to me), but I understood why she was sharing that info as there would be an amount of accountability to the bottom line at this level. She asked relevant questions about my skills and how I would handle certain situations. After this interview, I interviewed with the Tech Lead, who would be a counterpart to the role. The interviewer told me the format would be that he would ask a question, I would answer and then he would provide the answer he was looking for. He also mentioned that he likes to ask questions that catch candidates off guard to see how they react. (red flag) Having been on the other side of the interview process, I felt this style of interviewing was aggressive, old school and just tacky. In this say and age, interviews IMO should be more conversational in nature. My interest waned as the interview with the Tech Lead went on as I became less motivated to answer the questions based on my experience, but more so to cater to what he wanted to hear (whatever that was).
- If you had to add two variables together, how would you go about doing that? How do you handle conflict?

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at XSOLIS in Aug 2022
The interview was fine, and was notified would have another one with the director, and the team. I am not sure what happened after that no response. It would be helpful if they followed through with the next interview liked promised.
- It was basic trouble-shooting questions nothing to tough to answer.

Great interview process. No Gotcha-type questions -- but more of a conversation about the skills and experience that I have. I wish all DS interviews are like the ones I had at XSOLIS. The team was incredibly nice, and very accommodating.
- 1) Describe a project you worked on, what methodologies you used, what was your rationale behind the methods you implemented, why you chose one metric over the other, etc. 2) General questions about natural language processing.

lengthy and lots of testing prior to an offer. I would guess they have a good vetting process to make sure their candidates are what they are looking for. actual interviews were informal.
- Why do you want to work here

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at XSOLIS in Apr 2021
An incredibly nice recruiter cold reached out over LinkedIn and told me about the opportunity. I spoke with the hiring manager and others who were very open about the company and their needs. All were kind and easy to talk to.
- What’s your experience in healthcare?, What are your product management philosophies?

Anonymous Employee in Nashville, TN
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at XSOLIS (Nashville, TN) in Sep 2018
It is more informal than most but they want to get to know you more than what your accomplishments are. They like to meet outside the office to get to know you better.
- What drives you?
