Xeltek interview questions

I received an email of interview offer in the next day, so I arrived there 10 minutes earlier. The HR manager interviewed me for 10minutes. She asked me several questions from my resume. One of her questions was: "As a engineering master, why do you apply for accounting job?" I answered: "In fact, I am a PhD in robotics in china. After I moved to the USA, I wanted a easier job, so I switched from engineering to accounting. "She was very surprised to hear my answer. She said: "Wait a minute, and then she went to our boss office. I heard she told our boss I am a PhD. Our boss was very happy to know I am a PhD, so he invited me to have a talk. I went to our boss's office to meet him. He was very nice and friendly. He asked me a lot of questions, and said: "Can you come to work tomorrow if you are hired? " I said: "Yes." He said:" Go home to wait for your offer." He was very kind and generous. I left his office at 12:00am, and got his offer at 1pm by email. I was very grateful for this offer. In fact I was improved a lot when I worked there for 1.5 years. Mr. Kim is a great boss. He deserves 5 stars rating.
