Interview
The interviewing process was conducted exclusively via phone conversations. The initial phone interview lasted approximately 45 minutes and primarily consisted of answering technical questions and the discussing the roles and responsibilities of the position. The main topic of the second phone interview was the work environment at Xerox and high level details of the benefits. The mood of all the interviews was friendly and professional.

3 rounds of interview ,2 technical and 3rd HR. The HR to get the offer took 3 weeks as it seems there were a lot of approval needed before placing the offer.
