The interview on-site takes a half days. 6 people as 3 group interviewed me. It looks like Xerox was looking for someone has different skills set than me.

If you do not have spec. to code a software feature, and customer needs this fearture in very short time, What so you do?

Interview
I explained past projects I worked on and then convinced me why I should work there. I talked with three different managers and all there were the same way. There weren't really any questions. All three managers gave me a tour of three different areas. Overall it was a pleasant process.
