I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Xerox (San Antonio, TX) in Jul 2015
Interview
There were three interviews, all of which were brief and concise: a phone interview, and then two interviews through iMeet (a virtual webcam application). After my third interview, I was told that I would be hearing from someone within 24 hours so that I could move forward, but I haven't heard from anyone over 72 hours later. It's pretty frustrating because they know I have another job, and that my schedule at that job depends on my schedule at this one.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked questions about my availability during training, and really emphasized this; asked some questions about customer service, including a bad experience that I had with a customer and how I handled that, what I would do if this or that, how many days would I accept unexcused absences for if I were a manager, and so on.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Xerox (Bakersfield, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
There was an interview with HR, then an interview of basic skills related to computers with a current supervisor. Anyone could pass it if you know basic things like how to type or what a router is.
