Interview
I found Yardi Systems at my University's career fair. There were two recruiters, both friendly and informative.
I applied online and heard back within about 2 weeks. Interview process played as follows.
Phone Interview (HR Round):
Talk about self, go over resume and qualifications, asked questions about position.
Technical Phone Interviews (Spoke with 2 interviewers on separate occasions):
Both calls very similar. Went over resume on technical level, asked any questions I had specific to development, went through what seemed like a vocab/theory quiz, lastly went through a database and application design exercise.
First on site interview:
Met and sat with different teams, went over resume, personal experience. Some teams conducted coding exercises, but mostly went over SQL questions consisting of constructing queries and knowing SQL terminology.
Second on site interview:
Was given assignment to learn about a particular framework and demonstrate how much I learned.
Process took about a month granted that I was still in school and trying to work with a busy schedule.
