Interview
I met with the head of marketing after talking with HR on the phone a day or so before. I took 2 online skills tests and sent in a writing sample before the interview. The interview was fairly casual and I thought went pretty well. I just wish I'd gotten any kind of follow up afterwards.

Interview
I applied to Yardi Systems through their website, and a recruiter contacted me via email to set up an interview about 2 weeks after. The phone interview lasted about 20 minutes. The recruiter gave an in-depth overview of the company and the position. She then proceeded to ask me to walk her through my resume, work experience, and asked me a few basic interview questions.
Update: My interviewer said they would get back to me. 3 weeks later, I saw the Marketing Assistant position had been reposted on Glassdoor, then received an automated email about a week after that saying that the position had been closed.
