Had an introductory phone call with a recruiter lady that sounded very cheerfully robotic almost like she was AI. I thought it would be more conversational as most introductory calls are but no. That was a red flag. I have experience in a role very similar to this as well as a college degree. I truly am not sure why I was not chosen to move forward with a second interview. Had a rejection email sent to me on CHRISTMAS of all days.
