V.I.E position One of my worst interview experience. The recruiter was not friendly at all, always defensive in her way of talking. I still wonder why she invited to a face to face interview after a phone screen call if she wasn't convinced by my application. I see a recruitment interview as a exchange of information between 2 persons, she was more trying to act like a teacher asking questions to a student
