They reached out via email after I applied and I had a phone interview. I met a few times in person, but they said I was overqualified. I wish I would have known early in the process that salary did not line up.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Ytel (Foothill Ranch, CA) in Jan 2017
Interview
1 phone interview followed by an on-site interview to join the team for lunch. The phone interview was very conversational and immeditely felt a connection with the company and the culture. I was asked basic questions about my past employment, how I found Ytel, what I was looking for in my next position etc. I was then brought onsite for a more formal interview and met with 3 employees to further discuss the role. After an hour long convo, I joined the team for lunch. The company eats lunch together each day and it made the whole interview process much less stressful and more welcoming!
