I applied through college or university. I interviewed at ZS Associates
Interview
It started with an aptitude round on talview with basic aptitude questions. Questions are pretty straight forward but some of them are long and time consuming. The main problem here would be time as you need to solve 45 questions in 40 minutes.
If you don't clear this round the test ends and if you do clear then you are directed to the video interview round.
The shortlisted candidates were then called for the rest of the process.
There was a case study round followed by a case study Interview then the fit Interview/hr Interview
Case interviewer simply looks at your approach he's not really interested in the answer

Question 1
Logical puzzles, guesstimates and standard hr questions
Phone screening > 2 case study interviews + personality/fit/general interview > offer. There was 3 month gap between phone screening and getting offered the first interview which was not the most ideal.

Typical case study questions that you will be asked in consulting interviews. There was a qualitative case with one interviewer and a quantitative case (with graphs/figures) with another interviewer.
There are three interviews in 1 day -- 1 behavioral, 1 unstructured case, 1 structured case. There are 3 different interviewers per interview, where you will engage with a few managers, consultants, and associate principals

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ZS Associates
Interview
Very pleasant and straight forward. Consisted of 2 rounds - the first one being one case, and the second being two case interviews and one behavioral. You have about a week notice between rounds, which gives time to prep. There are also practice cases online that help a lot!
