I appeared for interview at ZS Gurgaon for BTA (MDM) position. The interview process was quiet good. The rounds were as follows: 1. Case Study: You will be provided with a case study and then you would be asked to answer questions based on the Case Study which will be divided in 3 major parts. PS: In the previous reviews I read, people are suggesting to read 'Case in Point' book and other articles and do a one month study on case interviews. From my personal opinion I can say that those would not be of much use. They do not want you to give all the correct answers but they are looking for the approach. Just trust your gut and give the answers and everything will be fine :) 2. Case Interview: Based on the answers you provide there will be a case interview where there will be resume probing and questions on the basis of what you have answered in the case round. 3. Managerial Round: This was an interview with the Senior Manager. It was good, there was resume probing and questions on SQL. An advice, if you do not know the answer, admit it, don't beat around the bush and waster your or the manager's time. Overall it was a great experience for me. The people at ZS were moreover very modest and carried a very positive outlook. PS: I appeared for the interview as a 2 YR Exp resource. The questions and the difficulty may vary as per the experience.
