The first round was a technical round, I was invited to an online Codility test. It had 3 questions, all general data structure related, language and framework agnostic. I was given the option to code the solutions in JavaScript. There was a time limit of 120 minutes. Once I cleared this, I got an email inviting me to a video call interview, but the interviewer never showed up. I waited for about 45 minutes, and despite multiple emails to the recruiting manager I had been in contact with, I received no communication from their end. After leaving the call, I asked them if they wanted to reschedule, but I didn't hear this time either. A week later, I withdrew my application (I didn't have a choice really). Not only was this highly unprofessional and a huge waste of time, but a big red flag.
