Submitted through the website's form, I was called the day right after with no previous contact or without a warning or notice on their side. I missed the call, I received an email and we scheduled a new call. The girl on the phone asked me some questions, then invited me to a personal interview. Through the confirmation email they sent me, I found out that actually it was going to be a group interview. I went there on time, had to wait for a little after the scheduled time, then we had a group interview, a personal one (20 min) and a written test (customer service oriented).
