In the beginning it feels like it was a good structured and organized process, but this is thanks to the scheduling team I guess. But at the end you realize how unprofessional they are and this is thanks to their recruiters. HR is the face of any company, so not responding to the follow up emails is the first sign of it. The entire process consists of three rounds.
First: recruiter's call for screening, general motivation for applying, your experience and etc.
Second: interview with the hiring manager - also very general, about motivation, experience, salary, availability, about the details of the role etc.
Third: four interviews back to back - first: again with the HR - very rude interviewer/recruiter - it felt like interrogation - question/answer - very standard questions ( first ones you get when you google fit questions), so they could put some effort to come up with something more creative (as they claim themselves).
Second: with hiring manager, presenting the case study (they ask to prepare in advance). Very friendly, more like conversation as it should be with some questions abt the presentations
Third and fours interviews with other stakeholders, team members.
