I had an interview with HR, the team lead, a coding interview, an architecture interview, and finally an overall technical knowledge interview. I felt good about the interviews and everything went pretty smoothly, but in the end, they just ghosted me. Six weeks have passed, and I haven't received any response. It's so disrespectful and unprofessional. They could at least send me a standard rejection, but to ghost me after five rounds of interviews is ridiculous.
