Interview
Don't be fooled by the disorganized looking office space (as of now), the interviewer is reasonably thorough with follow up questions and you should be prepared to think a little bit about your responses. Having said that it's not a terribly difficult interview to pass and you should have no trouble if you come prepared and have a little bit of experience.
