ZapCom Group Software Developer Java interview questions

First round java multiple choice questions... Tough 2nd round Technical round I answered almost all the questions correctly. After the interview HR told me I will get a call for further discussion by evening. But I didn't got any call. After 3 days I called HR regarding the discussion and she told I was rejected. I am still in shock why the interviewer rejected me. He asked me to write Fibonacci series. I wrote correctly. He asked me to write a singleton class. I wrote it correctly. He asked me write a comparator implementation.I wrote it correctly. He asked me to write nested queries. I wrote it correctly. I dont know what he was expecting from me. If he was expecting some optimized code he should have given me a hint I would have answered it. My advice to HR-- The person who was taking my interview doesn't have any experience of taking interview.

Interview was done on 5th Nov 2015 at Sigma Soft Tech Park Whitefield Rounds:- 1. Written Test(Objective Question) - Simple one. 2. F2F round one - took almost an hour, simple programming questions (Data Structures, Algorithms etc.). I messed up little bit here but questions were simple. 3. F2F round two - In detail Project discussion and some more scenario based java Questions. This was a good detailed technical discussion. 4. H.R. round - Mainly discussion around requirements and aspirations.Some of the very good to the point questions from HR like:- -> Why do you want to join Zapcom? -> Assuming that you would be attending more interviews in upcoming days, what would be deciding factor for you to choose one offer and not other? -> Expected CTC. -> Why do you want to leave your current company? etc. 5. V.P. round - Questions regarding scalability, extendability, performance with some discussion around my previous works. Overall Comment:- All rounds were cool, designed to understand candidate better. Keep it up Zapcom.
