I applied online on Indeed and received a phone call 3 days late about an interview. I went in for the interview 3 days later. The interviewer was really nice and open with his experience when he first started out at Zara. The interview lasted for about 15-20 minutes and a few hours later I got a call about a job offer.

It was very casual, they took me into the back and asked me questions. I felt very comfortable and it was a smooth process. I would totally recommend interviewing with them

Interview process is fair and smooth. Applied online, resume shortlist and then group video interview. 8-9 candidates in group and HR from Australia will take interview rounds . Interview questions were about basic real life incidents
