Introduced by recuritment agency to attend job interview. It happens at the time where they do need a lot of temporary staff for all their outlets and the other 4 brands under the parent company.
Group Interview of 4 pax. Questions asked: Availability, Previous job experience, Any experience with retail, Why Zara?
Interviewer briefly scanned through our resumes and interviewed us one by one with the above question. Very fast process. As I was immediately available, I signed the contract the next day and started work the following day.
Group Interview. About 10minutes for 8-10 candidates. They asked about past experience and about if you are interested in fashion and what you know about the brand. They let everyone talk for about 5 minutes.

It was a group interview and I started off introducing the person next to me then I had to do a few multiple choice questions then it was team work activities.
