quick. Most zara interviews ask you to pick an outfit and talk about it however my interview wasn't like that. They wanted to know that you were capable with the fast pace environment and a quick learner, ive been there 2 years and those are important attributes
Group Interview. About 10minutes for 8-10 candidates. They asked about past experience and about if you are interested in fashion and what you know about the brand. They let everyone talk for about 5 minutes.

It was a group interview and I started off introducing the person next to me then I had to do a few multiple choice questions then it was team work activities.
