It was super quick and easy. Not a lot of questions asked about me or my personality such as behavioural or situational questions. Just on the general sides of "tell me more about yourself" and availability

Very easy and approachable. The manager was nice and asked a few questions about the former experience in retail environment, when I said I had none she accepted with grace and tried to figure out my strengths/weaknesses
