Interview
The first stage of the interview is to introduce yourself in a group with the other candidates, the next stage is to answer questions asked by the manager, which also happens in a group. The manager is looking for dynamic personalities. Then some people are said goodbye and those who remain are directed to the final stage. The final stage consists of servicing the store and establishing communication with existing employees. The recruiter checks for helpfulness, responsiveness and flexibility.
It was very casual, they took me into the back and asked me questions. I felt very comfortable and it was a smooth process. I would totally recommend interviewing with them

Interview process is fair and smooth. Applied online, resume shortlist and then group video interview. 8-9 candidates in group and HR from Australia will take interview rounds . Interview questions were about basic real life incidents
