Interview
Firstly, fill in an application and then get put in a small room with other candidates and watch a short cideo about ZARA. Then asked to describe ourselves and what we thought of the video. Then finally got put in a group of 3 and was given a best selling product to describe to the interviewer.
Group Interview. About 10minutes for 8-10 candidates. They asked about past experience and about if you are interested in fashion and what you know about the brand. They let everyone talk for about 5 minutes.

They asked about past experience and interest in fashion.
It was a group interview and I started off introducing the person next to me then I had to do a few multiple choice questions then it was team work activities.
Easy and casual interviews. I had an interview and it was super easy and I was asked simple questions like tell me about yourself or tell me about your past experience
